Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, you must inform us as soon as possible after delivery. Please keep the product in its original condition and packaging for verification purposes.

Return Request Process

Non Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, or not stored properly after delivery are not eligible for return. This policy ensures hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

Once a return request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Refund eligibility depends on compliance with the return conditions.
